Component Manufacturing
High precision manufacturing facilities ranging from CNC milling, turning and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) clusters to the state of the art Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) and other inspection tools, we have it all ready to work for you.
Assembly and Testing
Putting it all together is where design effort and high precision manufacturing meet. Ducom Aerospace can build complete assemblies or sub-assemblies for you, ranging from purely mechanical systems to systems that include mechanical, electronics and software.
Building a radar calibration system.
Starting from design inputs and to developing a feasible manufacturing process, we manufactured and built a complete radar calibration system that stands over 9 feet tall, 9 feet wide and 9 feet long.
Telemetry and Telecommand subsystem for satellites
Telemetry and Telecommand (TMTC) modules are mandatory and critical subsystems for all satellites sent into space. It provides the means necessary for ground stations and satellites to communicate.
